Every chart you can find will have some variance for what's normal, and the spread is so large its ridiculous. Like the OP stated, everyone is different, but 260 is pretty bad, even for a man approaching his 70's in otherwise good health. I was feeling terrible and having issues above this number, 375 was when I decided to make a decision to do something. For reference I was just under 800 at 40yo.

A few years ago I was at 260, not low enough for my PCP to do anything, so I went to a men’s clinic. They got me up to 900 but was way f’n expensive, so I started doing my own TRT that my PCP monitors.
Without a doctor or clinic doing bloods, you’ll never know.

Last bloods I got was in December when I was doing a total of 1ml per week. My test was off the charts then. Backed it off and I feel overall better.
