Deca 600mg/week, test e 500mg/week, masteron e 400mg/week. I just do a ml of each twice a week. Hair thinning is not a problem for me. I can't grow a full beard and I have no body hair whatsoever but the hair on my head is super thick just like my dad is still and he is 63.
Good solid base dude!! When is your next comp for strongman?? I've always been interested in those but I'm very lean like you and never thought there was a class I'd fit in

Yeah. I walk around at around #200 and drop a couple pounds to compete in a 198 class. I seriously make zero effort to stay this lean. I eat a lot of food but between training and doing my landscaping job I can't put on weight. Strength is getting up there for my size though

Almost identical weight classes to PL buddy. Middle weights are 198 and a 220
