ive been running around 300mg of test e from him for 4-5 weeks and got blood work 50 hours after the last shot. looks like dosed right. i know enzymes are high bc i just came off anadrol. will be running milk thistle for awhile.

thanks bro. i heard good things about tudca but never tried it. ive taken milk thistle in the past and it only seemed to work when taken over 600mg 2 times a day. but ill give tudca a shot. what brand should i buy and how much should i take?
I don't run orals very often due to trouble with elevated enzymes before, so I haven't used it in awhile and can't recommend a brand. Normally I go to Amazon and find best deal. I used it at 250mg 2x/day. Here is good write-up on Tudca and oral steroids that I had bookmarked before.

I have ran milk thistle when young but I don't trust supplement companies. I saw a docu on the buisiness and how most are just bs. It really turned me off on using any supps
yea ive ran liv52 alot also. its super cheap if you go to any Indian grocery store. i got 10 bottles for $20. ive never ran tudca either. gonna run it this time with live 52. i agree with you on the bs supplement companies. i ran nac from one name brand company and took 3gram daily and it didn't do shit. lol
