Maybe your fist week try 1 or 1.5mg of Reta if you have never used it or any other GLP1 before. I will say you will need more than just one vial though if you do it right you should lose 3-5 lbs a week.
Sweet haul. Have you tried Reta before? If not, you might want to start at 1mg. It can be very powerful and even 1mg is intense appetite suppression.
