I gained 3lbs just looking at the pack.....been awhile sinced I've cycled so I'm ripe and ready to pack it on.......5 business days from placing the order till I heard "peck peck peck" at the door from the lil birdy who delivered it.......Will post reviews every two weeks on Swole discussion page.
