Like title says running BP sustamed and SP adex. 125mg mon/fri .25mg ed
VERY pleased with these results. First time running long ester test. I know my e2 needs to be about half that but I still feel like I've learned something.

What lot# was the Sustamed? If you have the time to check i would greatly appreciate it.
You may be able to check my pictures. I don't have any of them left.
You don't want your estrogen half that. You want it at that. Low e2 = high cholesterol which you know what will happen down the road if you continue to do that for to long.
I thought I read that e2 should be the bottom third of the range.

Yep I hear same thing. I have run a lot of different BP products and had good results from all them so far good gear for sure.
