Well, here is my no progress pics, Just lost 20 pounds to try and change things up, with the loss came a loss of strength but not a whole lot. The side tricep is away from my body to show how fkn long that bastard is. this is before training. I am not a monster like most or ready for a competition. I am just maintaining for now and will start another cycle as soon as I drop another 20 pounds. Still trying to represent for us old men. Yes, My forearms are freakishly big which makes my arms look huge. I will post again when I lose another 20 pounds so I can see my progress back to 220 with less of a tire around my midsection. Do not get old, it sucks contrary to popular belief.

Looking good brother still massive .. +2
I can attest at 70, getting old ain't for sissy's, LOL! Good work my man!!!!!
Looking great big dawg
You got a lot of nice quality size on you right now. You will be really primed for a cycle if your plan is to drop 20 more.
I just dumped 17 lbs over the last 2 months. Gets kind of uncormfortable carrying alot of mass on a little frame. I actually feel so much better and my flexibility is coming back now. Dropped that to set me up for my cycle I just started. And it does suck getting old, 1 week out of the gym and everything starts sagging again.
Indeed. The struggle is trying to wipe your ass lol. It will be an experience to remember im not that big anymore when I stack the weight and look like a weakling.
If I wasn't competing, I would stay at 200lbs tops. Life is much more comfortable at that weight. When I am done in another year or two 190 -200 is where I want to stay. Probably no more cycling then either, just TRT.
+2 i feel so much better at my current weight of 192 as of this morning. By weeks end I should be about 188.
excellent shape and size very impressed +1 buddy
awesome man keep hammering!!!!!
JimdragonAwesome pic bro, ig congrats on the journey so far
Looking well my friend!
Working on loosing that stubborn “old guy” belly fat. Don’t have a lot, but it’s tough to get rid of. Lost 9lbs recently, which makes me happy.
You look massive. I'd love for my shoulders to outgrow everything else. Not a bad problem to have!
Dude you’re looking great & I love your idea & looking forward to the after pic!! +1
Its another experiment of mine, people struggle to gain and or struggle to lose. I am doing a force lose then see if it really is difficult to gain. We see so many posts here from "hard gainers" or those that struggle to lose weight. I know I will lose muscle as well as fat but the fun will be me reinventing myself. This is a marathon not a race and I was huge once so I know I will be again.
Looking good mack,I see a lot of people on here saying stuff like if your not 250 your doing something wrong blah blah well it goes to show hard work and dedication pays off you don't have to be 250 to look massive.
There’s a lot of guys claiming 20 in arms to. Macs right the height means a lot. Mike Mentzers arms werent even 19 inches. There’s some solid guys on here but I haven’t seen one of that caliber. Macs honest.
Mass should be proportioned to your height imo. You can look massive as long as you make sure everything is chiseled the same. Shit I skipped training shoulders for 3 weeks because they were out growing everything else. If I was 250 at my height I would look freakish.
20 pounds down is impressive! Looking good brother, I’m excited for your mission and hope it treats you well!
You’ve got that strong as fuck look brother, I went from 230 to 190 and people think I look bigger at the lower weight. Are you gonna cut further?+1
My goal is 170, then Ill start a cycle and see if I can tear back to 220. So im going to try and take 2 months to drop the weight. My arms look bigger even though they dropped a half inch, I guess the more ripped you are the bigger you look. I do nothing but train for power and strength, and losing size makes you lose some strength, but the power is there.
Careful how fast you lose the weight, too fast and you’ll take a lot of muscle with the fat. A pound a week is about right for most!
Indeed, i lost 15 in one week by being on a massive defecit, the next week I gained 10 back after one refeed lol. I know muscle will be lost but the muscle memory should level it out. At least thats what im hoping hehe.
Looking good Mack! Those forearms though!! Jeez
One of my best traits. Guys twice my size in the gym approach me and ask what I do to get them the way they are. Its genetics because I dont work my forearms at all.
Looking good brother! As said below its just a number. Keep up the good work and good luck with your goals. Look forward to seeing your transformation.
+1 for representing
RustyhookerLooking solid! I dont think you can drop another 20. Or if you get near there youll be shredded.
I was getting too big in muscle and fat so I want to drop weight and start at the bottom again. I'm done powerlifting so no more competing for me. Once I struggle with 310 on the bench for 2 reps then I got small enough and will start bulking again. Its hard to eat good where I live because there are ZERO butchers so you pay a ridiculous amount of money for chicken breast and meat. So its going to be a diet of fkn protein powder and chicken legs for the next few months.
RustyhookerI can understand your thinking. I hit 216 and needed to cut/reevaluate.
The local walmart has the breasts in bags. Im eating 2 bags a week not including the beef, pork etc. Wasnt very expensive per bag either. Youll hit your marks. You got a strong ass muscle base. Youll look all franco
You look great pal
Looking good Mac.+1
Those are some big ass forearms!! Looking good man. Age is just a number, I can only speak for myself but at 42 I'm better now than than I was at 25, 30 or even 35.
