Been on a calorie deficit ( -300) for about 12 weeks...the scale is staying steady at 190 but definitely getting leaner.....dexa scan was sub 11% almost 8 wks ago so I’m guessing sub 10% now... ... gotta keep this 50+ body in shape for all the ladies in the local nursing home .. lol
