Pounds23It happens alot it happens when the oil is still a bit warm and the pressure sucks the stopper down but it's still fine and perfectly good to use atleast the two iv had over time worked perfectly fine

AnonA side view of the vials would be helpful.
Not all stoppers look the same. Some stoppers have two circles like the one on the left, some have one circle, some may have no circles.

AnonLooks fine. Appears to be smooth stopper tops. There are different types of stopper, the Sust 300 appears to have been crimped with stoppers that have a smooth top.
It looks like the stopper is upside down.
If it’s not leaking, I would still use it or filter it to be 100% safe
