+ 14 Stopped being a bit** finally

ad

After surgeries, physical therapy and then years of depression I finally got my shit together and quit feeling sorry for myself
I've always been in good shape and never had to really loose to much BF other than maybe 3-5%

This was a real struggle for me and I know I still have a ways to go.

I just want to thank this community for the vast amount of knowledge and support I've had from a few members here.

Damn! You're still around here? I've noticed alot of guys that I met back in 2012 when I was a new guy are mostly gone. Ace was a huge help and I dont see him anywhere around here.
Thank you tho, hope you're doing well

I appreciate it! the depression was real, due to my injuries I was separated from my job of over 10 years and I really enjoyed what I did, time to move on and grind it out.

These things always happen for a reason mate, it feels like shit at the time but as long as you stay positive minded and have a goal or dream in sight you'll always move onto better things Smile
