Rightly so, I'm not sure what this guys picture is aimed at unless taking hcg, however, noobs like me and him could do with your help in directing what's done wrong or right by asking us questions and being supportive. I'm 1,75m and 80kg, and a lot of body fat. I though my first cycle, with WIn depot and Test prop, would help with body fat, but it didn´t. Now I will cycle with a mix of test phenyl, tren ace and drostanolone
Not trying to be a dick, thats not my MO but you're going about this all wrong. The guys are trying to help you. Steroids arent fat burners and if you fuck with multiple compounds, especially tren you have a good chance of ending up worse than before.
Keep going with ur diet, as boring as it is get the cardio in. Do circuit style training while lifting. Superset everything! Get your Heart rate up and break a sweat while lifting.
You joined and are posting in forums and pics, I'm assuming because you would like advice to drop your bf%. Guys are trying to give it. No one will agree that running a ton of gear is going to help.

You need to learn how to eat & train properly.
You ran tren? Wth.. Cut your carbs bro, the ones you do eat need to be long chained carbs not simple sugars.. You need a peroid of no carbs to go into burn phase also, you can do this. You don't need gear to cut down
