+ 12 Still on my journey

ad

I have been quite busy with school, rehabilitating strains, amongst other responsibilities. Wanted to post a pic and try to be more active here again.

6 months - 180 to 227lbs(max). Now at 218. Less body fat, less water retention. Cleaner diet.

Yes, I am 24. I will be 25 this September. Unfortunately, I was one who started my first time with AAS when I was 19. I have been on and off since. Life had been a little roller coaster. I have just now been very committed and in a stable place in my life. I have been lifting intermittently since I was 12. I have done a lot of research, on forums, websites, clinical studies. I know the risks I take. I also never condone doing what I did, or what I do unless someone is educated, experienced, and/or willing to research and learn. Due to my negligence at a younger age I have caused some excessive strain on my body. I am stubborn, OCD, and it could be detrimental to my existence but I try to do my best to maintain some balance. Smile

I also donate blood regularly. I get blood work (which I need to do soon, life has just been hectic as it is my first time back in school in 6 years) On top of that I have moved recently to a new area etc. My liver does quite well. HDL takes a hit depending on what I take but not as bad as some other individuals. I eat very well, I could do better. My BP is the only thing that I worry about. It tends to be around 140/90 regularly.. even when I am not on. Which is strange to me but I will consult with my doctor about that. I try to reduce sodium intake, drink more water.. and I need to do a lot more cardio. I think that will help the most. Higher BP seems to run in my family but I also think it is due partially to my obsessive compulsive nature (heightened anxiety frequently) so I am looking into a solution.
