Still Kicking

ad

One week in and the forearm is holding up!

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

i very rarely use cutting steroids pats over the years i have found the more protein i take onboard turns my body into a furnace for fat burning , i cannot force feed like when i was younger so i tend to use more shakes these days aiming for at least 2grams pr lb bodyweight, when trying to put on more bulk i just up the carbs, summertime drop the carbs down a bit to sharpen everything up,once you get to the stage when you feel happy food manipulation may just be the ticket for you also.
hey abs showing over 50 that must make you feel good,i am always flashing mine at my son,it blows younger guys minds they dont believe we can still do it,FUCK EM!!!!!!

Yea trying to get 440 gms of protein in with food is crazy hard. I drink a couple shakes a day in between meals. Enjoying one rite now with my Egg whites, broccoli and cheese almost omelet. It just won't fold rite :-). My 20 yr old has a six pack he keeps showing me, but he's like 130lb. I tell him to go bench them 110lb DBs and he shuts up ;-P Keep at it Bro your looking great! No Homo

Thanks Bro, I'm going Man, EBC is driving me even harder. The pain lets me know I'm alive, its when it makes the body stop that sucks :-) I wish I could workout constantly, but you gotta rest to grow. Can't wait to get my bf% down like yours. My lighting sucks, I have details and lines the camera doesn't see. Starting to get ab seperations I've never seen my entire life (even when I was skinny).

Take a hammer and grip the handle at the bottom. Hold your arm straight out with the hammer in your hand. Let the weight of the hammer head allow you to turn your fist only all the way to the left and right without moving your elbow or arm, strickly wrist movement only. You should feel a tickly feeling where the pain is. Do those exersizes every day and restrict exercizes that agrevate it. You can move your fist, to allow the hammer head go up and down as well. You will feel which way to do it depending on the location of the tear. That will stregnthen the tendon. It works for me, but once a year it comes back. Im sure you may know this, but its a good read for all these young bucks. When ya get older, little joint and tendon issues will arrise. Trust me

Gorillafit's picture

Thanks Bro, but everytime I pick up a hammer my wife expect me to fix something. The Naprosyn and this Tennis Elbow band is really helping. When I'm not lifting it keeps it annoyed enough for the body to keep working on fixin it and when I'm lifting It holds the tendon down. I thought it was bull when the doc told me to wear it but its working! I still can't go as heavy as I want on curls or pulls but its getting there.

Ha,ha it doesnt have to be a hammer. You could use a dumbell with weight on one side and no weight on the other and grip it like the hameer. Have you ever seen a tennis player grip thier racket and swing it, while thier warming up. The same principle. My father showed me that technique and I did it. You can feel it tingle the exact area were its torn. Its like scratching an itch that ya couldnt reach. I was restricted from curls and overhand pull ups and heavy bentover rows. I replaced those exersives while I was stregnthening my tendons from that exersive. I dont have that problem now, but like I said it could come back in a year or next month. It just depends on if you do those exersives. here is a link....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eQA3Igex6A he uses a dowl rod and goes up and down. I go from left to right, because that hits the exact location of my tear. It really works, I was skeptical. I lift heavy and I refused to were that ridiculas thing on my arm. My dad used to were one until he found out about that exersize. Just try it, it works fast. Replace the exersizes that aggrevate it until its heeled. It will onlt take about two weeks. It will only get worse and it will hold back gains. The body WILL not fix it alone, trust me. I am a personal trainer and my good friend is a physical theripist and I along with my father were healed by it.

lookin good old man!!, did you tear something in your forearm?? for 4 f-in months i had something in my right forearm that prevented me from doing hammer curls or reverse curls even at 45 pounds!!, all of a sudden magically i noticed the pain sub-siding , and maybe coincidence or maybe not i realized i was on deca for the first time in years!!, either it finally repaired itself or there is truth to deca's recuperative powers??

Gorillafit's picture

Some kind of tendon problem "Tennis Elbow"?. The Tren let me go to far too fast over the summer. Had to stop lifting for a couple months just to be able to pick something up with it. Burning pain on pulls or curls. On anti inflamatory and this Band. It helps but I have to be careful. This TBol keeps telling me to throw another plate on! :-)

joeyzaza's picture

yess it was burning i thought it would never heal!!, and i NEED to do reverse curls to thicken my biceps!! i would try to work through the pain but to no avail!! also looked really f-in funny when i was yelling and screaming trying to reverse curl with the 45 pound bar, !! LOLOLOL

Gorillafit's picture

Yea I pushed it way too far after the first time I felt it. I was like, OK I can work through this! Not! Got so bad picking up a coffee mug lit it up. Didn't lift for 2 months trying to get it to heal. Finally went to the Dr, which I never do. But good thing cause the abrupt stop in lifting and my "cycle" f'd up my T level so bad he gave me Androgel Script. I complained... I'm now waiting for my Test prescription in the mail. Its like Christmas all over again!!!

What brand deca was that? I'm now having the same issues u once had.

i took organon 100mg. amps they are the real deal fo -sho and they are available by several sources on this review site, ohh they are the karachi, pakistan ones. and the pain is now gone even after the cycle and during the 10 weeks i took off after my last cycle i was still doing heavy reverse curls with weight i could not even budge the bar before because it hurt so dam bad!. i was at a "bally's" out of town and had to do tri pushdowns but had to use the pulldown machine which the bar is way high , so i put 130 pounds and raised up my arms and began to pull the tricep bar down to start my set after i reached failure , i didnt want to let go and send the bar back flying up slamming the weight stack so i could barely hold it all the way back up to the top , right before it reached ,i felt a sharp snap in my fore-arm!!, i started to rub on it but my dumb ass still went to do dips, the next day i was DOOONNE!!hahaha 4 months later it magically stopped hurting!
