This prep has been every morning 1cup Bob's red mill steel cut oats, mixed with Walden farms zero calorie chocolate Peanut butter spread and a scoop of chocolate isolate for fast digestion protein! Perfect meal (plus of course my 1cup eggwhites too!)
That is actually a very good brand, Diamond sells alot at Tractor & Supply stores. I used to feed my 2 West German Shepherd dogs that brand, for dogs it had no corn in their dog food, just like Blue Buffalo brand too. +100

We have cleared though 3 pounds already and I will attest these are as good of steel cuts oats as I have had. I give them my full endorsement.

I got these on Amazon 61 bucks for fifty pounds. In the smaller quantities they are usually 4-5 bucks a pound
