+ 8 Bloods on 200 test cyp a week. :(

ad

My diet has not been good over the summer and it shows in my lipids. Now I have always processed test weird like this. It was a really good deal on this test through personal labs but I wish it had free test on it. I pinned Sunday 200mg test C and took the test Friday morning. So it is possible it just drops off that much in 5 days? I need to either go back to splitting the weekly dose into two days or bump up. My RBC is the highest I have seen it as well. Keep in mind I have been giving blood religiously every 60 days but I am now considering cheating and doing it every 30 days for a bit

Not bad.

Long term, do you feel that donating blood so often has increased your rbc/hema/hemo?

Short term I understand it drops those #’s, but I’m curious as to long term if the #’s stay high.

Water intake good?

MegaT883's picture

So it is possible it just drops off that much in 5 days?

Yes it drops off that much. That is the level a group of 18-35 yr olds got on 125mg of pharma testosterone on day 7 testing after injection. The mean was 570 + or - 75.
What throws everyone of is the variation of when guys are testing. Some test right after injection or the next day. Some wait few days some like your self do it 5 days others 7. Thats why we have numbers all over the place. In your case ugl sauce is a little light on the garlic.

What's you typical fiber intake lately?

DfromPhilly's picture

I’d go back to 2x a week and retest.

GreatSpear's picture

Red yeast rice made a big difference in my lipids.

Bearded_muscle's picture

A trough in the mid 500’s doesn’t sound all that low. You’re probably peaking around 1000-1200 which is about as high as you’d really want to go. I feel like I notice a bit of a dip if I hit it once a week so I’ll split biweekly and it levels that out.

Sumatra_Triangle's picture

I like to use sustanon for my trt
Pin it 2x a week at about 350mg total and you will be happier in my opinion.

Pale's picture

That could be. Last time I ran a blast with it tho it really wasn’t agreeing with me. One thing about Sue tho they really are all different

jp82088's picture

Pale, are you taking a high quality fishoil? Not sure if you are in the states but I take one by SFH super omega 3 and seen dramatic reduction in my Triglycerides level it has a total of 3600mg in both DHA/EPA combined. Also Ldl levels improved drastically with it too. Look into that brother.

Pale's picture

You are absolutely right and I need to start taking 10-12 caps a day again

DfromPhilly's picture

I’ve found the kind higher in DHA seem to help me better. Now has one that’s 500mg DHA. Not sure if it’s just me tho. Been using now’s DHA 500 (1000mg total).

Flameout is supposed to be good but who knows... that shit is expensive.

jp82088's picture

No brother!

This stuff is SUPER concentrated! Literally one tsp is all you need to hit more than your daily.

I sent you a PM with a link of the product. Even the pill form they carry is 4 max to reach your total requirement. These are VERY concentrated and actually higher mg for mg than the ones doctors prescribe.

I sent you a pm where to get it. If you buy it I highly suggest the orange or lemon flavor :-)

Thanks

Bloods not look bad pale , hematocrit not so bad , most ppl runing gear are higher

Test number is individual ! I have a friend that scores 1100 on 200 mg and only 1600 on 600 mg ! 8 diferent legit labs and everytime almost same number

You doing any cardio ?

Yes, mostly hiit lately. Lots of weighted sled push and pull (rope). Along with heavy/speed bag work.

How long hVe you been on it for?

The test or the test/primo combined? The test I usually switch brands every vial so this sources has been 5-6 weeks now.

But combining the primo it has been at least a year

Full disclosure I have been using up some proviron I have been sitting in for a few years taking a half pill per day. And proscar at 1mg per day

levelup's picture

It’s not far off of expected...figure most ugl is dosed at 80ish percent of stated, so you are probably at 160ish mg. I’m only slightly higher on 150mg *concentration is verified. I dont think it’s a case of receptor “burnout” at all...just not enough compound to be binding to receptors faster than they can replenish

MegaT883's picture

Think your right may be even less than 80% based on what I posted up top.

Pale's picture

I believe that is probably the case, just surprised I suppose that it dropped back that much. But truth be told I really do not notice much difference throughout the week. My two hard workout days are Saturday and Sunday so day 7 and 1. As I ponder it a bit I think it is true my saturday workouts have been nowhere near as intense as my Sunday lifts.

Pale's picture

Could be. But being miserable going off would be worse. Once you go trt you accept that going back would be a long miserable ride

Greengravity's picture

I can relate to this rust.
2x a week helps but sometimes I get busy and experience the fluctuation like your describing.

Pale's picture

I feel fine. I also pin a ml of primo with the test.

I am going to double up the dose for a month and see, split dose Sunday/Wednesday

Manshit's picture

Though Your hemocrit is high it’s not crazy high.I have a standing order to be drained a pint once a month. It usually drops my hemocrit about 2 points. Each time.

Pale's picture

Yea, I have been eating a lot of steak lately too and obviously need to knock that off.

Manshit's picture

Steak is good! You HDL were a little low as well, though over all cholesterols weren’t crazy out of wack.I didn’t even feel your hemocrit was too off.Mine was 58 when my doc started draining me.It probably had something to do with boldcyp and anavar. Both known to elevate red blood cells. After monthly bloodletting for six months Ive stayed in normal range going every other month.I also ended the boldcyp as well.

Pale's picture

Maybe it is the primo?

Manshit's picture

I also didn’t find you test to be too low.Im doing 200 mg cyp every five days and I’m only at 1100.I see these guys at 3000 and it blows my mind.
I can’t speak on primo it’s out of my price range.

Pale's picture

I was very fortunate a couple years ago and scored enough to last for quite awhile.

Gentauni's picture

Pale what’s your primo dose? This is a great thread, I’m trying to figure out if I want to split my TRT dose biweekly or not, I know where my bloods stand as of 2 days post injection, but I need to take bloods 1 day prior to see what my trough levels are at. I don’t feel that yours is that bad though man, my natty levels were very similar
