I'm not sure if I'm going test, npp, dbol.... or test, tren, dbol. Prami and aromasin on hand already... may run proviron. Diet will be pretty clean. I eat lots of eggs, rice, oatmeal, quinoa, chicken, venison, beef, turkey, yogurt, peanut butter, and shakes.
Monday- chest/back
Tues- shoulders legs
Wed- tris n bis
Thurs- chest/back
Fri - shoulders legs
Sat - tris n bis
Sun- deadlift
12 sets each muscle group for the 1st 4 weeks. Then 16 for the duration of the cycle. I still have a lot of planning as far as daily meals to keep things different as well as deciding on the cycle.
