Great build bro. Keep up the great work!+
+2 great shape
Are you bulking on nandrolone this season?
Like Iorn said, low weight can build big muscle. True story
Yes sir & a mild anadrol, probably not going past the 4 week marker.
NPP? Add some bold cyp & you’ve got a nice bulk cycle
I might actually switch to sust with the npp, thoughts?
Test is test, sust is good but a lot of people lose control of their E2 levels on it. I like running test low. 300mg Test phenyprop a week is what I run with NPP at 500mg a week
Looking strong. I find the step mill (stairmaster) has helped my calves quite a bit. Especially if I'm going at a moderate pace and am able to put less of my foot on the stair. Half an hr on there and they are popping
Nice physique brotha
Awesome traps!!
208 lbs ... looks more like 230! great shape.
The power of lighting and photography my friend haha but thank you!! 220’with low bf is where I want to be.
+1 from me, for calves I go to john meadows.. here is an article he wrote, enjoy.

Thanks brother I will take a look!
Great physique brother!
Thank ya sir
killer
Ha BF unsure. How about fucking low. Good work bro
Im always scared to check it but thanks man means a lot.
Nice physique bro. For calves what really helped me was putting like 90lbs on the seated calve machine, should be light something you can get about 20-30 reps with and going to failure, 5 sets or so twice a week. Put an inch on them in a month.
I’ll lower the weight, I do tend to overload.
