Newbie to forums so not sure what else to put here.

HGH + Cardarine
Running for 4-5 months if I can afford it, have enough for 3 months now. 4ius a day, split 2 morning 2 afternoon. Cardarine 10mg morning, 10mg 45mins before work out if in afternoon.

Will be running a cycle along side HGH in December, Sustanon, Deca and Dbol (as a kick start in beginning). Wanted to possibly get down to 8%bf before really starting cycle. Tightening up nutrition for that goal. Have proviron but looking to possibly save that for summer drying out totally and harden up.

I Have PcT protocol.

HGH 4ius/day split 2ius morning 2ius early afternoon.
Cardarine is 10mg morning, 10mg before working out

December cycle: HGH included in this same as above
Sustanon 500mg week 1-8weeks
Deca 400mg week 1-8
Dbol 40mg ED week 1-4
Have proviron on hand to control any libido issues, never really had any before and will probably save to summer time

I’m use to running longer cycles and long esters so this should be interesting

Pct is clomid ed 100/50/25 and Letrozole (only in beginning in small eod mine is 2.5mg tabs so I cut in little less then half. Have run Mk-677 and Ostarine before and was pleased with gains kept.

Calories right now, I’m trying to decrease bf% by one or 2, so calories are at 4000, with cardio on top of work outs (hate it). Then I’ll increase when on cycle to 4500-4700 then adjusting as need be.
Protein 300mg (30%)
Carbs 400mg (40%
Fats 123mg (30%)
I use a food app that just calculates all the stuff everyday and usually pretty good with protein and fall short most times with carbs and fats. Start eating at 5am, last food/shake is usually around 7pm.

Might mess with intermittent fasting for a bit again before cycle, had great results doing 16 hour fast, 8 hour window eating, only for cutting a bit this month before cycle and see how the HGH and Cardarine hold up.

IF owns ! I too had great results with 16 hour fast , fat was melting off me and i felt great energy while fasting , great for cut

I used also 6 iu gh split in 3 shots while fasting , shooting 2iu every 4 hours , epic fatloss , can feel the skin geting tight

Add some metformin when cruising to reset slin sensivity ;-)

You drop all aas or still runing test with the gw and gh ?

Have you done BW on gw ? Any improvement in lipids ?

I used it one time and i liked the endurance boost, i was on tren and breathing and cardio was a LOT beter.

I know it was the gw cause i used same brand and batch tren and same dosage

Shame i didnt do BW while in it but i couldnt

Thank you for the welcome...I did drop all AAS since July, PCT (added ostarine at that time and was great too) Aug-beginning of September. I know what you mean about the GW help with tren, it was critical for cardio with me, I felt like I could breath really deep and workouts were the same way. I didn’t have the brand I have now, which the brand I have now for GW is better. Just made appointment for BW, will post results ASAP.

Currently, just running HGH and GW, so far really good results so far that I can feel. Well being, hair is softer, actually some of the grey hairs are gone and recovery time is awesome. So looking forward to next few months for the body changes. I heard people pinning 10ius previous to blood work in morning on a fast, is that really necessary?

I had tremendous results with intermittent fasting. I loved the feeling after awhile and within 2-3 weeks major major difference in subq fat and water retention, dropped fat and I wasn’t even taking anything at that time besides Amino, L-leucine and multivitamin.

Anyway, thanks fornlaugh earlier haha, appreciate the suggestion with metformin too. Will try out

Shit sorry to hear bout the small gyno issue, I started to get really sore nipples over summer with a tri blend of Tren, Sust and Mast. Kept tren dosages relatively low but Jesus thank god for AI’s and being prepared right.

Goals for the stack is gain mass. I’ve always went with tren, test, mast and an oral like anavar. Goal was always to stay lean. So interested in this stack for mass and see how my body reacts with addition to HGH too.
