I forgot to add, I have incorporated intermittent fasting into the mix, I’ve had great results with lowering bf% with that in short time periods (3-6weeks) in past and also aides in normal HGH release by almost 5x normal amount! I’ve noticed even with the exo HGH a huge increase in energy again more then previous months with just HGH alone.
What’s great about the fasting and HGH/GW is the body is triggered to eat fat and not muscle so there is virtually no muscle lose. And because of the window of 8 hours to eat, I can time injections perfect on empty stomach and also tighten up nutrition by knowing I have 8 hours to get my macros in order.
I’ll post an update later next month, right now hovering at 207lbs and 10.2%bf with calipers. Had stomach virus early in week and lost a lot fluids but powered through and almost back to hydration.
Been interested in their hgh. My favorite lab currently. Might give it a shot when im back in the swing of things. Interested in their inject hennos as well
