Girlfriend had knee surgery on February 12th.
She’s Hispanic so she has the metabolism of a tortoise.
She started the stack two days after surgery and went back to the gym February 24th. She said her knee feels much better after a few weeks compared to her last knee surgery that kept her out of the gym for 5 weeks.
