I had been leaning over with my forearms resting on each quad, for a good while typing on this phone and took the pic right as I lifted my arms. It does look bruised. Thanks for looking out though. Never as jacked as you man. These legs are as big as your arms. If I can remember my calves are 15", quads are 26, non pumped. 1 bicep is .75 larger than the other; around 17 inches. I boxed in my teens and early 20s, wanted a strong, thick neck so I worked it constantly for years. Now its 19 inches, been 19 for years and I never exercise it. Looks funny, then I fit into an extra extra large hat. My head is way too big for my body unless I can beef up my legs and widen my shoulders. can't find a good size button up dress shirt with a tie, 16.5 is a standard size neck, large-xlarge, so 19 fit looks pathetic as my mom can't dress me properly. Lol. my body is all jacked up and out of proportion. But thanks

New to me. I've buckled down on eating a lot of rice and pasta throughout the day. Either. Cat fish, tuna or chicken. I drink my egg whites and carb drinks. I hit the seated stationary bike too and go full blast. Painful but it's obviously working. I'm still post cycle as well. Stopped everything a couple of months ago. I'm kinda surprised. That bike is the key. I believe anyhow. I ate those 2 for $5 McDinalds fish sandwiches 2 days ago. Slippery but had to eat on the go
I been hitting the bike also for at least 45 min on performance mode. I also been doing alot of lunges. I'm getting big stretch marks between my legs so I must be growing. We'll see in another month I'm bout to start a cycle. Stay safe.
