what are you running the provi at for ebc?
Right now I'm at 25...next week I'm going to 50...then depending how I look/feel I might go to 75 or 100..but for most of it I'll be at 50
ya I've been running another good sources at 50, was thinking of going up to 75 for a week see how I feel, have u run it as high as 100 before? feel good? that is a beautiful package
I've honestly never gone over 50... at 50 I feel great...if I go up more it will mostly be for anti estrogen purposes and to dry out a little more towards the end of the comp
