Start out daily at 20mcg 1st wk, 40mcg 2nd wk. 2 wks off. 5th wk at 40, 6th wk at 60. 2 wks off. 9th wk at 60, 10th wk at 80mcg, 2 wks off. Then I stay at 80mcg daily until desired goal with a 2 wk on and 2 wk off schedule. Before I end cycle,, I drop to 20mcg daily for 2 wks. Some people will run it higher (up to 160) but I have no need to go over 100mcg daily.
