+ 7 Blood work on 2-21-2017

ad

I had my bloodwork done on Feb 21st but I'm only running 2iu's per day (6 on/1 off). I didn't pin on Sunday (19th) but pinned subq (2iu's) on the 20th and again on the 21st. My numbers came in at 257. Unfortunately I have no idea where they were beforehand. Thought about jumping to 4iu's per day (2iu's - 5:30a.m. & 2iu's pre-workout at 2:30 pm) and retesting in another 4 or 5 weeks. I pinned 2iu's subq at 5:30 am and had blood drawn at 9 am. Thoughts?

Bro...thanks for sharing. In my humble opinion ( which isn't worth shit) @ 2 ius and 53 yo, these are good numbers...esp for anti aging. I'm 60 and been running 4 ius from this source and another for just over a year but I have no labs. I swear, I have aged backwards (skin, sleep, energy, body fat, abs, endurance, muscle tone, cholesterol, but not muscle mass) looking, feeling and receiving comments about being 10 to 20 years younger than my actual age. Plus i have been using very little to no steroids even though I have low T (about 150...about half the lower level). I have used andro- jel off and on for the last couple of years but even when I'm on, my "T" is still below normal. BTW, I take 4 ius first thing in the morning because i do no want to disturb my night time naddy which I try to stimulate with GABA and i want to avoid pinning twice a day because of the hassle, ancillary costs (alcohol, swabs, syringes, disposal, etc), and potential adverse threat from injection contamination.
Sorry for the long post, but the info you provided helps to support my protocol. I'm planning to start a lower dose primo, anavar, and slight test (125 test mg/week) cycle in the next month (+2or 3 months) to see how much longer I can hang with the young guns in my gym (actually two gyms) in my area. Damn, life is good and with a bit a chemistry (like everything else: in moderation) life can be better and more fun....;>). HGH helps and seems less toxic than aas. Just my two cents

what dose you recommend for woman?

Thanks bro. I actually started 4iu's yesterday with the split protocol. Doesn't really cost that much to pin 2x a day. I don't use alcohol swipes. It's cheaper to use cotton balls with a bottle of alcohol. I buy 29ga 1/2 inch slin pins (easy-touch) @ $16 for a box of 100. I'll get bloods done again in about 4 or 5 weeks. I'm currently running a cycle of test with crazy numbers. Check my pics, I posted the bloodwork results from that also.

How long have you been running 2iu 6/1 for before blood draw? If you look at it cumulatively in a weekly snapshot ... you ran 12iu per week, 1.71iu per day.

If your baseline was low to mid 100s, 257 would be a good number ... a lot of factors at play here to consider ... retesting at 4iu is a smart move.

In the middle of October 2016, I started at 2iu's ED for 2 wks, then 3iu's ED in Nov. Started 4iu's (split) in Dec. to mid Jan. Sides were too strong so I dropped to 2iu's in the middle of Jan. Been at 2iu's since and went to 6 on/1 off Feb 1st. So 5 wks at 2iu's with the last 3 before bloodwork at 6 on /1 off.

normally, the baseline is 80-130.
in your age 53, still young, with low dose, i think this IGF1 is not bad

Thanks Godt. I think my numbers are great for the dose I'm using. I'm satisfied with 257. When I asked for "thoughts", I was referring to "thoughts" on going to 4iu's and testing again in 4 or 5 weeks to compare results from 2iu's.

yeah, i saw so many labs, normally, the baseline is 80-130. mine is 110, im 30s.
u see some members posted IGF1 400s,500s etc, but they run 6iu,even 10iu per day. u run 2iu, low dose for anti aging, it just keeps your igf1 grow slowly.

Also ... for someone in your age group (54) ... your igf levels are clearly elevated ... and well above the highest end of most reference ranges for your age. By atleast 100ng/ml...
