Still at it! Just running a low dose of prop from Swole and 4iu daily of Puretropin from Iron. Trying to really focus on bringing chest up. Damn midsection is giving me hell, but its alot better than it used to be! Any advice appreciated fellas.

Looking great brother! Strong upper body development! Thick tall traps, nicely capped delts and powerful arms! Some great advice below concerning your midsection, also, cut your carb intake early in the day! Hone in your diet and watch the magic happen!

Two words brother "carb cycling". Google it and do it. Abs are made in the kictchen. I hate cardio so i dont do it....lol. all diet. +1 for putting in the work
Gotcha. Thx man, and I actually started this week! Found Marc Lobliner cut diet a while back and its all carb cycling. Gonna give it a shot.

Harley-DavidsonLeaning out , fasted cardio in morning is a good addition along with HIT training ... If neither one of those try adding cardio or keep ur heart rate up between sets
