Was at work and walked by the car window and had to hit a tricep flex and thaught it showed pretty well. Been working on them regulary to carve them out.

johnny1024Ive always trained with bare hands no gloves no straps and do twice if not three times as many pulling movements than pushing...so thats some of the reason why ive got developments in my forearms..also lots of hammer grip and reverse grip curls...
