My girlfriend tried a top domestic sources semaglutide then tried ultima. Ultima is much stronger/dosed properly. She knows bc she is used to pharmagrade. She only wanted to lose 15 lbs but lost 18 in one month. The lack of appetite allowed her to not cheat on the low carb diet and easily follow it. She was satisfied with eating 4 slices of bacon and a small chicken salad for the day.
Once ketosis set in around 10 days the weight just fell off.
Tell her to eat very slow. Because if she eats too fast she will feel sick for hours, may vomit and we'll end up hating the medicine.

She’s tried this same semaglutide but it made her sick so I’m thinking she ate to fast and I bumped her dose up to soon which was weekly but this time I’m just gonna keep her on .25 for the first 4 weeks to let her body adjust.
