42 yr old, first cycle, 500mg per week, 150 test c (TRT dose) and test P at 100 mg eod plus 50mg ed proviron - 10 weeks cycle, ended two weeks ago. Picture cold, no pump.

I did learn something about posing - that it ain't easy, there's definitely an art to it and it obviously takes experience. After I posted the side shot I realized it didn't emphasize any posterior delt development, so later I played around a minute and found a sweet spot that shows front, lat, and post delts, but I already had posted that one up.
I practice posing for hours on end and I still can't do it right. lol

Thanks man. Yeah, really enjoyed that prop. Only side I got was bloat really, and I handled that with very infrequent dosing of aromasin 25mg. Only took it 3 or 4 times the entire cycle to keep the uncomfortable belly bloat away and if bp seemed to spike, which the arom also cured so the bp was estro-related, other than that since no gyno issues I let me E run on the high end hoping for better gains that way.

What are your goals
Long term - improve physique by adding more lean mass, continue to progressively increase strength gains with a focus on injury mitigation (not injuring connective tissue due to progressive loading), improve endurance/stamina, learn to manipulate diet to suit whatever the short term goal is at the time whether it be bulking, cutting, or just maintenance for a while. Not sure if that's really what you're looking for. Not thinking of giving up my day job to become a pro body builder if that's what you meant. I can make alot more money doing what I'm doing, lol.

That's exactly the plan too. I dropped that iso bs and things started to come together. That and changed diet. I've got a ways to go, but I'm just going to enjoy the journey and keep trying to improve in any way I can, and it's possible thanks to this site and you guys.
