+ 3 Self shot and diet change

ad

So on a tren a, test e, mast p cycle. Kickstarted with anadrol, will be throwing in some anavar towards the end.

Changed my diet around recently and seeing the difference. Not including dinner, consuming about 3500 calories, 15% fat, 35% carbs and 55% protein. This is less calories and way less carbs than I was consuming.

In the picture is 10 servings of 4oz grilled chicken, 1 egg and some mixed vegetables. Also made 5 with 4oz grilled chicken, 1 egg and a smallish serving of brown rice. Have been eating 2 without the rice and 1 with the rice ED along with protein shakes, almonds, greek yogart, peanuts, tuna, oatmeal, peanut butter and whatever the wife cooks for dinner.

Loving this cycle so far, BF dropping and strength climbing!

It happens, gotta keep it to a minimum. I was supporting some people on the west coast who believe 2 meals a day is fine. I had to keep reminding them, "We need to stop, I need Protein every 3 hours!" They skip lunch, no in between meals... Not me if I can help it! Keep Pushing Bro!

You know, the hardest part (for me) is coming up with a solid maint calories number. I mean I am consuming 3500-4000 calories a day for the last few weeks and I'm losing weight. I was eating a bit more and pretty much maintaining, maybe slowly gaining.

See, I work as a auto tech at a dealership, we've been pretty busy lately. But, there are times when I can be busy as shit one day and sit on my ass most of the next day. So how the hell do you compensate for that?

I hear you, that's what I like about cutting. Drop your calories and Carbs way down and bingo you lose fat, and some muscle, if you do adjust the protein up. Lean Bulking was tough cause I wasn't happy with the slow gains and adjust total cals and see fat increase. Who wants that? Its all a balancing act. I think the trick is small adjustments but they take longer to see?!?!
