i use to do strongman contest and i trained very heavy in the past i would get up to a body weight of 300lbs i was my strongest at that weight i still train heavy but not as much as i use to and thank you i just love to train

thank you im pushing hard trying to add lean size it gets tough working 6 to 7 days a week and trying to get fired up for my workouts
