Took a less is more approach running test low just enough to elevate levels. Ran a make shift keto diet 2500 calories at midnight for 4 weeks. Had absolutely no strength, still pushed through 5x20 on whatever muscle groups I was working that day after warm-up. Recently went back to 5 meals a day and upped my water intake with bcaa (researching adding dextrose on leg day). Just added .5 eod tren ace a few days ago after a short break. 5'6" 243lbs bf 20's
