ARL Russia are stand up guys. i was not satisfied with a purchase i had made a few months before, i contacted them and they immediately responded and told me to pick anything from their store of equal or even greater value and they will send it to me free of charge. the package got to me in 10 days. sent me 200 dollars worth of stuff to reimburse my original order of 150 dollars, and i even got to keep the other stuff.

i've been with ARL for years, and even when they make a mistake they handle it in a professional and timely manner. love these guys, thanks you!
