Yeah it was from benching. Freak thing. 4th set did 365 for 12. 5th set went to 395 and i was gonna go for 6-8. Spotter lifted it off the rack and as soon as i felt the full weight in my hands it went. It sounded like when you rip a towel. Yeah i was a Marine that PL'd.

Thanks man. Yeah it did hurt bad. I also had a bad gyno repair done. coupled with my torn pec it really fucks me up on stage.
