Even though I still look young for my age I think! I've gotten tattoos in between those pics. Different times. Different shows. I even have more now. Make sense now?
Probably should have indicated in the description that it was a pic from long time ago. I am sure everyone was assuming, me included, that this was a recent pic. Try to add a little more background info to any pics you post so that everyone is on the same page.
Yeah i get it now. Didn't realize the pictures were going to be so thoroughly inspected and scrutinized. Next time I will put dates, where, when, how etc. At the end of the day it's me and my accomplishments and that is what's important to me.
No need to go to overboard. Don't disclose info that could hint to your location etc. Just need to stay safe. Sometimes it is nice to know cycle layout that goes along with pic and diet especially if cutting. If it isn't a recent pic though, I would definitely indicate that. Typically people post pics of their starting point before cycle, current progress and post cycle pics and not to much nostalgia stuff. Basically before and afters of a cycle.

I was actually inferring to the last couple weeks before you step on stage. pharma stuff plays a big part in that phase such as Letro and Hydrochlorothiazide. Bodybuilding though as a whole is 80% nutrition. The other part is intensity. I don't care how much drugs you take, if you're not eating right and not training hard you are wasting your time.
