Still no gyms opening in my area. Luckily I got a home gym set up. (Powerrack and dumbbells). It’s been a while using a barbell since I’ve been enjoying my training using cluster sets with machines. However the change to free weights after a while was quite a challenge.
I was lucky enough to hop on a promo from MYR recently and got leaner in the progress as well and weight stayed same.

You can tell quarantine cause you lost a few shades but your looking more shredded and legs are massive good job bro +1
