Tip for you here. Quads will look better when not pumped up. Blurs the lines. That is why we never pump up quads before stepping out on stage.
Appreciate it. Upper quads are pretty thick and ghetto booty runs in my family. Also a lot stronger on leg day than most people I know. However, just not sure my genetics support getting the tear-drops at the bottom of my quads. Leg extensions? Suggestions?
