Shot of quads at home. I have been training since 19, and am 27 now. I have fucking shit genetics and started using gear way too early in my gym career because of it. Not condoning, just believe in transparency in my experience in PED use. I'm very open about it with people I know. I got like hybrid genetics for small bone structure and put on fat fast... Aka making gains in the belly seems to be really easy, while the good type of gains being much harder.
Anywho, this is how my legs look. Not with a super crazy pump but I do believe this was leg day...
