Here is a timeline of photos about when I started working out and me as of today. Still lots of work to do. Now that I am where I want to be I am now focusing on getting more tone to add muscle and strength, and of course a diet that fits me best. I am also on my first cycle week two of Var. Very excited to see where my determination will lead me.

Thank you. I know now to push even harder. No more reps of 10s and 3 sets. Its now lift and do the most I can handle even if only can do 6. And 3 sets. I am learning to push harder to get more results. Add more weight:)
