Thank you I have seen that chart before. I know out bf is way different than a man, and how we Cant get as low as them. I have learned building muscles is harder for a woman than a man. It seems out butt is suppose to be blessed as big. lol but I want big n firm! When I whine n cry at the store when getting my bf don't the guy does says 21% is pretty lean for a woman. I just wanna for better. I love to see 16%. That's my goal
I have heard your hydration levels can mess with the reading. I go by progress pics and measurments, seems to be the most honest. You have some major definition, looking amazing!
That's what the guy said n also if u come before or after. With a week n a half it has said.. 21.5bf, then 17.1bf, then 19.5
Maybe try going in the same time everytime you go, like in the morning on an empty stomach..might give you more consistancy in your body composition, and a more accurate reading.
