Hey guys! It's been awhile for I took a break on here. Wanted to share my progress I have had. I'm currently weighing at 138lbs and 15% bf. This also is my first week to start my 18 week contest prep. Very nervous but I'm very interested to see what I could maybe bring to the stage and what my physique could look like by November.
Any pointers would be great!

I'm actually going to attach another pic to show I do have more muscles than it tends to look here. Usually you can't tell unless I flex. I hide my muscles well..not wanting to..but I do...thats why I can't wait to see this whole process
You have to work hard, sis! Your upper part is ok for start, but butt and legs....As you know it the most important for girls. Even genetically you are not predisposed.. Just make more attention on it and fix your meal and you will look great in 18 weeks I am sure! Good luck!
Yes legs is. And it's weird unless I flex you can see how much muscles I have especially in my biceps. My arms look small here. If I could attach a pic I would
Yes, I see your shoulders and back will grow fast... Just need to make attention on the butt, there we have big muscles there and we need to feed them, it's not so easy like with a small one. The body should look proportional, I wish that to you! Wait for more pics
In my opinion, you need to work more on your buttocks, make them more round and more elastic, rest of body is good. Nice job!
Thank you and that has been my weakest area. I been working on the glutes and focusing on them for a year now. I just now got a shape and more cushion. I'm hoping they do round up nicely in 18 weeks
