+ 5 Progress Pics
Pictures taken first thing in the morning before fasted cardio. Currently standing at 6’3 & weighing 223 lbs. I’ve been running 450 mg test prop and 600 mg Mast weekly since April. I added Winny from UGF’s 100th promo 4 weeks ago and it has been an absolute game changer for my physique. I ran at 50 mg the first two weeks, upped it to 75 mg’s the next two weeks (50 AM & 25 PM; they are 50 mg tabs so that was the easiest way to split them) and upped to 100 mg on Sunday of this week. My wife and I are going to a nice beach front resort next week so I want to hold my physique as much as possible through that trip, then I will be discontinuing the Winny. Joint pain has been mild to moderate in my hips but other than that I don’t have any negative sides to report. I’m running TUDAC & Milk Thistle for liver support and only drinking water. No soda, alcohol, anything with artificial flavors or dyes (other than BCAA powder).
I’ve never competed so I don’t really know how to pose, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due and shout out UGF and the Para Pharma Winny. It’s impressive stuff and I will definitely be incorporating it in my future cutting cycles. Full review for UGF coming later today.

Diced!
Good definition , should improve the lats and the lower chest
Thanks bro. Both are focal points of my training right now. Definitely the two areas I need to bring up the most.
Color me impressed, brother! I was impressed with your last progress pics, but you’re doing awesome work!
I was wondering about the winny - how bad is the pain? Thats why I’m hesitant to use it as I enjoy going moderately heavy and don’t want to destroy myself.
Thanks bro! It’s not bad at all. I wear wrist, elbow and knee wraps when I’m lifting and don’t have any joint pain. The only time joint pain surfaces is in my hips when I’m doing cardio. I put off trying it for years because of the joint pain but it’s been negligible. Just be smart, wrap your joints tight and make sure to do an ample warmup to get them nice and lubed up before lifting heavy.
