I posted a back pick a few weeks ago and just wanted to post this for comparison. I'm posed differently though. I look a little smoother, but I think it's just the lighting and dif pose.

I haven't gained much weight the last few weeks, about 3 lbs, but I look bigger. I seem to be leaning out in spots.

I have a few more weeks to bulk before I begin cutting for my first physique competition. I'm feeling pretty good about it at this point. I finally broke through a plateau on my chest, my arms are getting bigger (stopped neglecting them), and my calves started growing again. I can't wait to see what I look like under this fat.
