+ 7 Progress at 161.

This is my current physique. Since the last back photo I've posted I've incorporated cardio and other exercises. I went from 167 to 161 a 5'8 but my diet was good. I can see a difference in my physique since I started doing cardio, go figure. I'm currently natural however I have a shipment coming from osgear which I'm enthusiastic about. I'm aware I have long road to go, but as of now I think I'm doing okay. Any feedback would be nice.

Tommy like wingys!
Nice back dude, I miss “backonroids”
Haha thank you! Lats are the biggest part of my body imo.
The gluteus maximus is (or should be) the largest muscle in the human body. Lats are a close second. They also seem to be the two most attractive muscles to women according to the surveys I’ve seen, so we’re in luck. Followed by the shoulders and—believe it or not—the neck.
saffireNice wings, looking good!++
Thank sir.
Looking good man. I agree with rusty. Push as hard as you can naturally. If you look this good natural, then you have great potential. You look better than a few people I know who are on gear. Good luck and happy holidays!
Thanks man, Yeah I'm going to stock up the gear and wait till i get most of my natural limit.
That back looks good. Do some heavy tbar rows with a reverse grip. That would fill in the bottom. Big potential on your back. Your biceps have a short muscle and woulnt end up huge. Your body’s actually similar to mine.
I've been doing bent over rows up to 225. tbar rows focus on the bottom and lats right?. Also, isn't a short head good in the sense it creates the peak? My arms measure 15 3/4 on the right and 15 5/8 on the left. That's awesome that we're similar though.
Those fuckers will thrash your entire back, top to bottom. Get that weighted stretch at the bottom of each rep. Don’t treat them like an iso
I hope man, thanks for the advice!
You have a hell of a physique, rustys right you should like to put on weight. I dont think you need 20lbs maybe 10-15. Hit those legs too, the weight gain will come easier
Thanks, Simon. I'm probably going to hold off the cycle and put 10-15 of clean weight. Do you advice doing legs more then twice a week? or is more less, and less is more. I do legs but only 1-2 a week depending on my attitude(bad routine) however I finally hit a new Squat PR 405 X3.
That's all preference. Some guys say do front one day rear the other; basically whatever works for you. I love doing weighed overhead lunges but my shoulders get fatigued easily. It really comes down to what works.
Haven't done that, I'll try it on my next leg day. But you're right about what works for you. Thanks for the response.
Are you wearing Christmas lights as a belt?
Yeah, it was an impulse buy. Trying to bench 245 let alone 135 in these was very uncomfortable.
Wearing a belt = not a raw bench
Jk +
hahaha someone at the gym said that today. I loled. The Santa hat easily put 20 pounds on my bench press.
RustyhookerI wouldnt run gear at your stats. Id read and study makwas forums and add a natural 20 pounds first. If done right, youll stay lean too.
Hard cut! But rethink the future imo
Thanks sir, I'm going to check it out. I read wrong, thanks Rusty i will!
RustyhookerI think you have a ton of potential. Be smart and youll do great things
Looking improved Joe. +1
Thank you Sam, I've been doing HIT on the treadmill and pedal bike like you and others advised at the end of each work out. Once all if most of my glycogen is depleted(1 hour plus, or when im super exhausted), I do cardio I do hit as it yields higher percentage of fat being burned. Not sure if this is true most of the time, but I believe doing it at the end is the best.
Nice progress so far but don't try and jump on the train to soon yet. You have some easy natty gains you can make first with some diet tweaks.
Thank you sir, I'm going to read on your forums. Am i allowed to contact you with any questions If i have any.?
sure
