My goal is to make my lower back thicker and cut a little fat on my upper back. Should I increase dead lifts, Romanian deads and or incorporate more cardio? Any advice helps thanks.

i think you are a bit early to be bothered about fine tuning those body parts
bring the rest of your body up first before stressing over something you can not even see
You've got a valid point, as I do know i'm lacking in other areas. thanks for input.
JimdragonCut the fat (not saying theres much) around the waist with diet and cardio, gear wise, anavar to help lose it would be my advise. Great V shape though dominant back, work on arms and lets see the front (non homo).
Anavar to loose fat? That’s horrible advice. I’d love to hear your logic on that.
JimdragonIt's always help me keep strength up and my fat reduced when used with other compounds. A simple google search will show you a shit load of clinical studies which back that up.
Currently I'm eating for bulking, but you're right 100%. I'm going to cut carbs drastically and incorporate more cardio. Yeah arms are lacking a bit aswell. Thanks for the advice.
You've got potential. Deads, chins, rows, hypers, assistance work, diet, progression, done.
Thanks, I'll incorporate more of those. I don't do chin or hypers as often. Might be the missing piece to the puzzle.
ClassyChassisI always liked good mornings for lower back.
I'll try these on Sunday a the gym, thanks.
Diet and cardio are what cuts fat.
That's true, cardio does. Do you advice HIT? or just normal cardio.
I usually just pedal a bike. Nothing fancy.
