Just had my girl snap a couple pics. This is obv no pump end of the day. Took the day off everything. Currently 240lbs. 5'10" bench 205lbs. Arms every bit of 15 inches!! I try to avoid back at all cost and only do arms and chest. Lmaoooo. C'mon motha fuckas it's a new year let's get juiced get pumped and get HHHUUUGGGGEEEEE!!!!!! Currently on a cruise of test c 600mg week-meta pharma, upped to 20mg today of rad 140, 20mg mk677- both from zphcstore.lol nice cruise huh? Was on pro supps tren a, meta tren e, meta test e, and did some para pharma long stack 300 at 300mg week.

Lmaoooo.. that's official bro. Honestly i credit allot to pull ups. Wide over hand underhand, close under and over, neutral grip. In sept i was doing only pull ups dips push ups for upper body, and June and July also. Ido em weights too sometimes. But i do bent rows, single arm dumbell. But no machines. Nothing against em i just like free weights. And i have to say before i hurt my back 8 years ago i did dead lifts every week and minimum was 405 once a month it was usually 500s once in awhile 600s i was dead lifting 635 8 times but couldn't go heavier cuz my back felt like it was gonna explode from a injury when i was even younger. So i would just rep that. Once in awhile.
Lkl0623I've been spamming the pullups too. I incorporate em twice a week and on back days I start with pullups for 5 sets.
My last back workout was:
• Pullups - 5 sets
• Deads - 5 sets
• Bent Barbell Rows - 4 sets
• Close-Grip Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets
• Lat Prayers - 4 sets
I'm in agreement with you on the pullups bro. Best overall back workout. I love deadlifts too but now that I'm in my 30s I try to only do them every other week and I usually don't go over 315 lbs. Sometimes I indulge in heavier weight but I try to be reasonable with it because I do heavy squats regularly. Your back looks good bro that's hard work in the bank right there. Congrats!

It gets in a Lil and the muscle involuntarily twitches and i pull it out fast as i can cuz it don't feel right. But then I'll go 2 weeks where it's fine going in then and smooth as butter. It's by far the easiest spot to hit on myself. I had my girl push it on my glute last time cuz i got stuck and she was moving to much side too side so we were going back and forth while she's trying to push the plunger. Lol. Maybe if i was laying down and not standing so i Def don't move at all it would be easier for her. But yeah can't touch the back of my neck either and i cut my own hair so that's another fun thing. Oh I'm editing to add this. I been getting the worst tibialis pumps and low back pumps. I'm gaining weight like crazy lately in at 243 now i was 240 when i took this the other day. I think I'm gaining too fast and all the extra carbs and fluid in me is causing it. I tried taurine in the past it did nothing. Maybe i needed to take more idk. I was taking 1g at a time about 2 times day. Saw someone on discord day they did 3g at night at then next day it was gone. Speaking of pumps i have a pack of anavar 50mg from meta i keep forgetting i have. Lol idk what to do with them. I originally got em for her and now she wants try baby thing again so she wants nothing to do with it

I have heard that a ton with high water retention and gaining quickly. One of my BB buddies would literally have to stop and take breaks even just walking around the house the first few days after shows because crazy rehydration/cheat meals and fast gaining weight back would cause the gnarliest of gnarly pumps.
I think he’d bounce back 20-25lbs of just water weight and tiny bits of fat/muscle in like 2 days. But that’s also eating tens of thousands of calories of refeed crap and drinking a shitload. Just crazy to me I have never competed or had to do any dehydrating that drastic!

Good looking bro, the pimples actually are going away. It was the dbol. Lol. I would literally pop 25mg and 3 hours later have knew ones popping up. Love that shit tho so i didn't wanna stop. I think it Def affects liver values, cholesterol i think it's not supposed to be too the degree of gear. Def probably wouldn't be a cruise. I was messing around. My thing is it's supposed to shrink your prostate back down. And i was feeling pressure down there that i don't anymore. But the rad is deff no bs thing.

Or novadex or even caber for the tren or deca i personally have to keep caber at th crib bc man I was have sensitivity in my chest area and I thought estrogen was 2 high or I crashed it with armidex but it was all normal my prolactin which should be tops 20 was 29 4 .5 t as tablets of caber and 4 weeks later it was right around 20 no more as sensitivity but that reminds me to ask the fellas especially as anyone who has had gyno surgery once ita done could you get it again? And do they recommend you still take like novadex on cycle?
The rad is strong so far. I took some clomid for awhile and proviron. For the end i took..5mg adex every 3 to 5 days. Same with caber. I really waited till the very end with them because i took them too early and made one of em too low. For deca or npp alone i don't use caber. I was actually Doin deca too for the first 6 weeks than stopped for a few then did another vial. and a few weeks npp at the end but was too much. The clomid killed any gyno I've had. And i haven't had it come back since.
