Well quick progress pic, finally physically healthy but still emotionally healing. Death in the family and a few other recently were diagnosed with cancer. Stress takes a tole on the training but my diet is in check my bf is still coming down so i cant complain. Thanks once again to the Med-labs family for providing me with top notch gear. Just got done with bis, and tris.
