Looking good bro
Keep it up bro
Quads looking good, hamstrings in comparison need to come up. Keep killing it!
Agreed. Hammies have been a very big focus. Training them in the beginning of every leg workout. Thanks brother!
Consider giving them their own day. I’m doing that now and enjoying the difference.
Looking good but a couple of tips from one competitor to another.
Start rotating those site injections...outer sweep is looking to obvious compared to rest of quad development.
Great lat spread but like to see a traditional shot without the shoulders/arms over rotated forward.
I know its about the lats but I've found most often that having the delts visible gives us the wider look that compliments the rear lat spread.
It will also bring out additional detail once you are leaner.
Just try it and take a few shots for a few options and go with the best option that works for you of course.
Nice work.
Plus 1
Thanks for the honest critique brother.
Because of the noticeable size difference in my sweeps proportionate to the rest of my legs. I have stopped site injecting them completely its been about a year since I have pinned them consistently unless I absolutely have to as a last resort because I've used all of my other sites. My legs have always had a very high sweep but pinning them just makes it even more noticeable. Good eye lol
I'm still on the fence with what you are saying on the lat spread. I've gone back and forth between doing it this way and doing it the traditional way. I guess my question would be from a judge's standpoint which would be more appealing because I'm not sure? This way shows much more back width, doing traditionally with my hands in front resting on hips is exactly like you said shows a little more thickness and definition in the rear delt and trap area but not as wide so I am kind of stuck.
Anyway let me know what you think. Thanks again
I'm all about sharing and learning myself and as times change, having to adapt!
There are crap load of sites but even I have only 16sites that I use and experimented with a few more but I either can no longer reach or it was not comfortable.
Get someone to take pics/video of you doing both a few times and see if both options look good.
If it does, hitting both is something MOST are not doing and can work to your advantage.
Regardless, the one you do show here looks great!!!
Great Job !!!! Please keep us posted on your journey
Thanks brother, will do for sure
