Here are some shots of where I am currently at about 17 weeks out (photos taken a couple wks ago). I will be competing as a heavyweight at a national qualifier and then if everything goes as planned, then competing at a national show later in the year 2018. I plan on using pharmacom products and pharma grade gh for the most part throughout the prep. I think this is a pretty good starting point for me this far out as I'm usually a fair bit higher bf. Let me know what you guys think..
