Currently running ang green tops in the morning 2iu fasted cardio and 2iu before heavy workout on night when I have used greens I will move to the yellows.Have been using for over 5weeks sleep has improved skin and wellbeing a little.Might up the dose to six soon.

I just started Saturday only at 1iu per day right now. I will increase slowly to minimize sides. I will do bloods in a month whatever the dose may be at that time, and will do bloods again when the dose is high enough to feel the positive effects from it.

What dose are you planning on running? And what timing protocol? I have my baseline blood last and I've had bloods pulled twice with the yellow Ang. been happy both times.
