Here's a quick pic that my wife took a couple nights ago. I am on a pre-contest diet for the last 2 weeks and its very hard but Im hoping the end results are worth it lol. Good luck everybody. Just took another pre ebc contest pic. The diet is really paying off

Thanks Dana, im really excited now since you cleared up then official ending date for me, now i have more time for beast mode lol. Ohhh and by the way that pizza made me sick lol I had every attention on eating a whole pizza but i only got to eat cheesy bread sticks and 1 slice of.my spicy hawain pizza and got a headache and stomach ache since i got that out of my system its back to the healthy food
Lol thanks pope, i actually feel smaller since im on the pre-contest diet and drying im not as bulky as i was but i do like the definition that wasn't there before lol. Pope i am being dead serious i can Not wait until the final pics so i can pig out on some pizza and some jack n the box tacos lol. Ill even get you some tacos with there ranch
